Edeenut creates made this fantastic pillow for the pillow party pool at stichedincolor. I love it. I want to make it now. I think I need to learn how to do invisible zippers. Isn't there a foot for that. Must consult the Bernina manual....

ReplyDeleteYou can do the zipper, it's very easy. I use my regular zipper foot, nothing special, and here is a great tutorial I used on youtube for the invisible zipper, you adjust it a bit for the pillow but this gives you the basic idea.

I'll have to check out that you tube tutorial and your tutorial. A lady from church was raving to me the other day how much she loves doing invisible zippers (a little window into my sewing nerdiness, these are the things I have conversations about:) and so I think I will have to give it a try.
